I spent months researching chairs, and saw all of the usual popular recommendations (Da Vinci, Babyletto Kiwi, etc. ). But when I found this chair, what struck me was all of the features if offered (the power lumbar support, power headrest, power recline, and a charging port) at the price point. I was hesitant ordering from a less known/less popular site/brand, but took a chance especially as they were running a great discount that saved me a good chunk of money. The chair arrived promptly in a week which was a great sign, but when unboxed we saw the wooden base had multiple cracks. We contacted their customer support email and chat, and heard back within a day or two, and they handled it immediately and kindly for us. We set the chair up, and it's amazing. it's comfortable (not too plush, not too firm, pretty medium). The power buttons and features all work as described, it's silent as it moves, I couldn't be more happy with the quality, the price for what I got, and the customer service. I would highly recommend to anybody. Also want to mention that my family tried it out and we all love the out turned arms on this (I don't feel like that's something you see often, but I found it to be extra comfortable and gave a little more width). We love it! :)"
